Neil Plummer
1958 - 2026 | Sheffield
In Memory of Neil Mark Plummer
Neil was a much-loved husband, dad, Grampa, brother, uncle and friend who lived life to the fullest. He was a devoted husband to Ruth, a proud dad to Nick and Naomi, and a wonderful grandad to George, Aurelia and Albie.
Neil spent 46 years serving with South Yorkshire Police, but outside of work he was an adventurer at heart. He loved skiing, cycling, travelling, the theatre, good food and, most importantly, spending time with the people he loved.
Throughout his life, Neil was passionate about helping others and regularly raised money for St Luke’s Hospice, a charity that was particularly close to his heart. He believed strongly in supporting the incredible work they do for families at some of the most difficult times in their lives.
Neil sadly passed away peacefully in the early hours of Tuesday 21st July following a devastating cycling accident.
In his memory, we would be incredibly grateful for any donation to St Luke’s Hospice. It would be a wonderful way to honour Neil’s life, his generosity and his belief in giving something back to others.
Thank you for helping us keep Neil’s generous spirit alive.
