Son, dad, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin & friend Karl peacefully passed away on December 10th following a short illness. The care & compassion he & our family received from the St Luke’s team during such a difficult time will forever be appreciated. He is dearly missed & will be forever loved …his wings were ready but our hearts were not ❤️
