Mama would hate this page been about her, we can hear her saying don't be bloody stupid you 2 nutters!! But we both feel it would be nice to share our thoughts, feelings & images etc as we know everyone has so many! & donate if you feel the need. Everyone at St Lukes really made mamas last weeks as comfortable as possible & managed to for-fill her wishes during covid, we also cant thank them enough for the support they gave us in mamas last hours. 🌹The Beautiful Mrs Briggs/Mama Bear/Queeni/Auntie/Friend /Daughter/Sister/Mother and Grandma 😊 we are so privileged to be able to call this wonderful lady our Mama❤️She truly was one of a kind!
We used to ask her if she noticed how everyone was drawn towards her? We would leave her alone for 2 minutes and someone would comment on her dress or bag or ask her a question? It really did amaze us, she had an aura that cant be explained.
She would do anything for anyone and always a shoulder to cry on or a listening ear, her door was always open for tea and chats. She also had strength that cant be explained, all her life she had been dealt the tough cards but she carried on with a smile on that beautiful face and always remained her kind and caring self.
Mamas toughest battle among many she had was cancer, we sure knew from the start that she would fight it, especially as she had her first grandson to see Alfie-J!! She sure as hell did fight it until the very very end! 2 long tough year's🌹 She gave it her all, we used to call her wonder-woman!she even managed to meet her new Grandson Finley. We were 3 bestfriends, we never ever argued or bickered, it was just always giggles and n chats!we would sit for hours on end with the tv off just chatting and giggling. Our cups of tea would always go cold because we would be chatting so much. Words cant explain how deeply she will be missed by us, but we have mamas strength and we will remain positive and carry on with smiles on our faces for her.
We can feel a sense of peace with mama knowing we both now have our boys to put all our love and laugher into, they will never forget their Granny she spoiled them so much and was in her element with them❤️ thats all she had ever wanted❤️We will pass the amount of love & laughter she gave us on to them and be the best mums she has taught us to be. DeeDums & Jessi ❤️❤️❤️🌈🌈🌈🌈
