I am raising money on behalf of the my uncle and auntie in loving memory of their beautiful daughter chloe. My cousin who recently and passed away.
Chloe held Saint Luke's close to her heart, and it was her wish that any donations be made to them. Saint Luke's provides an invaluable service, offering comfort and support to many families. Which we will be forever grateful for.
Chloe was always so cheerful and positive and lit up everyone's day despite her own struggles.
In her honor, we are asking that you consider making a donation here instead of sending flowers.

Thank you St Lukes for the amazing work you do. My sister hated all other hospitals but not when in yours, you made her feel so cared for and comfortable. I am so grateful for that.
