In loving memory of Alan who is a much loved and truly missed husband, father, grand father and great grand father, he is and always will be in our thoughts. The family would like to say a big thank you to the nurses who were there for Alan in his final days, we will be forever grateful for the constant care and understanding the St Lukes nurses showed towards Alan and his family.
