Our mum recently passed away after fighting throat cancer for nearly 12 months. Thanks to the fantastic community nurses (firstly Leigh, then Jen and Rachel) my mum was able to see out her last few days/hours at home surrounded by her family as she wished. Loving Mum of Simon and Mandy, caring Nannan of Brett, Lauren and Ross and proud Great Grandmother of Libby, Taylor, Freya and Heidi. Sleep tight mum until we meet again xxx
