My beloved nan was diagnosed with a tumour on her bladder and leukaemia.. sadly there was no treatment for her due to her. We managed to get her home so she was surrounded by her family and we had the intensive night team in and st Luke’s involved with her pain relief making her as comfortable as possible. We can’t thank them enough for everything that they did and it was a fund close to my nans heart after losing my mum to cancer in 2001 and she used to love meeting new people at st Clifford’s house. We had a collection at her funeral and raised £300 now we would like to raise as much as possible to an amazing team in memory of nan xxx
