In loving memory of much loved parents, grandparents and friends to all they knew. You will both forever be missed and have left a huge gap in our hearts but, will always be loved and remembered. A big thank you to St Luke’s for all the support they gave to our family & dad/grandad/great grandad in particular, during the hardest of times. Janet would have been very grateful for the support you provided to her family and most of all, her husband in the few weeks he had before he passed too. John was filled with gratitude for everything you did for him throughout his battle with cancer. They both would be overwhelmed & so very grateful for the support you continue to give to us, their family. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you..
