Nannan passed away 28th November 2024 at St Luke’s Hospice. The staff at St Luke’s are angels. Us as a family were able to spend time with Nannan knowing she was as pain free and as comfortable as possible. St Luke’s is such a special place and we are truly grateful Nannan got to spend her last weeks there.
