Ben was diagnosed with Cancer in 2018 and spent the last few weeks of his life in St Luke's, where all the staff where amazing through the last and very difficult days of his amazing life. As a tribute we are asking that all his family and friends consider donations instead of flowers to help St Luke's continue to help other families. we think this would make our Ben happy. We would like to invite all of Ben’s family and friends, As well as anyone who had the pleasure of being part of Ben’s life to attend. Even we underestimated just how many lives he touched and brought joy and happiness to, but this has been a comfort to us all. Everyone is welcome to attend the memorial service which is being held at Grenoside Crematorium, 5 Skew Hill Lane, Sheffield, S35 8RZ on Thursday 18 July at 3pm and afterwards at Players Sports Bar, 20 Yew Lane, Sheffield, S35 9YE. As Ben was an avid West Bromwich fan we are inviting you to wear blue and white, baggies shirts or just anything bright to celebrate his life.

I will always cherish the memories I have of you Ben, especially from the holiday we shared together in 2013! I'm sorry we didn't manage a second but Tenerife will never be the same without you! You are gone but most certainly will not be forgotten. Memories never die. All the best to the Stancers and a massive thanks to St Luke's and all the fabulous work they have done for us all! Jamie x
