In loving memory of Anne, our wonderful Mum, Ma, Granny Annie. Mum was a remarkable woman who lived life to the full and had friends and family all over the world. At the end of her life, the care she received at St Luke’s Hospice was first-class. It was nothing less than Mum deserved having given years of service as a palliative care nurse herself. We will always be grateful to the wonderful team at St Luke’s for their professionalism and for the compassion, kindness, and good humour they showed to the whole family.

Well done Tracey, for a brilliant cause
Thank you to everyone who came to the garden party on 1st September and, thank you to everyone who donated. Ma would have loved the event. She loved tea, she loved cake and she loved company. She was definitely smiling down on us as the rain stayed away. She would have been very happy to see people from different parts of our lives all came together in support of St Luke's. She would have been very proud of everyone.

My wonderful Auntie Anne who took me in when I was at my lowest and taught me how to clean because well "Your mother was kind, but cleaning wasn't her forté". You always came out with corkers and when in your bed gave me the eye to say 'Don't you dare say any rude jokes now the priest is here'. You were one of the funniest people I have ever met and the most loving and kind. I admired your strength and love for any child in need. Even on your bed you were disgusted by what was happening to the babies in war zones - always caring about others and not herself. I am so grateful to you taking me in as I would never have met my wonderful husband Robbie who I know you loved for me. You could always suss out whether a man is good and having you tell me you loved him too, meant the world to me. You were a fantastic mother, grandmother, auntie, friend, daughter and just an amazing person. You are very loved and missed.
