Ann was the strongest woman to have ever lived, she was hardworking, generous and loved life. She was an amazing Mum, a devoted Nan and a supportive and caring sister and friend. She was the leader of our pack and we will miss her dearly. The treatment and care Mum and her family received in her last few weeks from the District Nurses and the team at St Luke’s was truly amazing. Their support, compassion and hugs were greatly received at the most difficult time. Ann’s funeral will take place on Wednesday 18th December at Hutcliffe Wood Crematorium at 2pm, of course you are all welcome and we will be heading to the Rising Sun afterwards. Instead of flowers we would like to suggest a donation to St Luke’s Hospice to support them to provide other families with this same level of care received by our family. From all of our family we’d like to thank you for any donation you can offer. With love Anita, Joanne & Sally x x x

In loving memory of Ann, a strong, kind, amazing woman who I have such wonderful memories of from my childhood.

Thoughts

Such a kind and beautiful lady, inside and out. Loyal and trustworthy and fiercely protective of her family and friends. To bring up such a beautiful family is a tribute in itself. A brilliant sense of fun. What a legacy she has left. She will be missed greatly. ❤

Auntie Ann was not just an Auntie it was like a second mum to me. You was such a strong , kind loving woman who I’m going to miss so much. Auntie Ann was also known as Auntie Nannie to my grandchildren which I know they will also miss her so much. I’m truly going to miss our girlie days out shopping and going round for dinner it will not be the same with out you 💕 Thank you to St Luke’s for everything you have done for my Auntie and making her as comfortable as possible xx

Ann was a beautiful, strong independent woman for whom family always came first. As a late addition to the family, Ann made me more than welcome. Three strong independent daughters and her beautiful grandchildren will miss her deeply. Some fantastic memories of fun times and fab holidays together...... you only have to Ask Jeeves! Thank you so much for all of the medical support, especially for the time spent with the angels of St Lukes. Much love Ann xxx
