This tribute fund has been created in honour of our legend of a Dad, Alan Mitchell, who sadly passed away after a long, hard fought battle, with various illnesses. The care Dad received from St Luke's, during his end of life phase, was absolutely amazing. We cannot thank the staff enough for everything they did to ensure both Dad and the rest of the family were supported during this difficult time. We aim to fundraise for St Luke's to help them keep providing their invaluable services.
