In loving memory of Brian Horner. A loving husband, son, dad, grandad, brother, uncle, brother in law and father in law. Brian's funeral will take place on 5th June at 1pm at Grenoside (North Chapel). Instead of flowers we would like to suggest a donation to St Luke's Hospice to support them with their continual care they offer the people of Sheffield and surrounding areas. As well as the option to donate on this page there will also be a donation box at the funeral.
